Terms & Conditions – Dream Ride Rentals LLP

By renting a vehicle from Dream Ride Rentals LLP, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility:

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Valid driver’s license required

Required Documents:

• Indian citizens: Original Aadhaar & Driver’s License
• Foreign nationals: Passport, Visa, International Driving Permit

Security Deposit:

• Mandatory; refundable after inspection

Rental Period:

• 24-hour cycle; late return beyond 30 minutes may incur full-day charges

Fuel Policy:

• Must be returned with same fuel level as at pickup

Helmet:

• Mandatory by law. Bring your own or purchase/rent one

Maintenance:

• Renter must check oil/fuel; costs due to negligence are renter’s responsibility

Restrictions:

• No stunts, wheelies, or off-road use. Violations may lead to cancellation and penalties

Damage or Theft:

• Renter is liable for repair costs or full market value

Unauthorized Lending:

• Not allowed without prior approval; Rs 1,000 penalty per unauthorized rider

Insurance:

• Basic third-party coverage included; optional comprehensive coverage available

Modifications & Amendments:

• Dream Ride Rentals LLP reserves the right to update terms without prior notice
